This is a very good garage that I have used for some years with a variety of cars. I trust the quality of the work and the integrity of the owner and staff 100%. The final part of the overall service process, i.e. the feedback about how things went is missing, e.g. was my offside suspension damaged or not? This may well be on the invoice but its not specifically mentioned on the Good Garage Scheme documentation sent with the car. So it's 9.5 out of 10.
