It was a distinct pleasure to use the services of Motormech in Guildford. I took my car in for a drop and wait MOT this morning and as a result was able to observe the operations of the workshop first hand. From the friendly and surprisingly knowledgeable receptionists (Caroline and Dawn) to the mechanic who caried out the MOT (Peter) I could not have asked for a more professional and efficient service. My daughter’s car will be the next to go there – and not just for the MOT. Highly recommended.

From the moment I enquired online, the customer service at this garage was exceptional. I received a prompt phone call to confirm my booking and talk me through everything, which gave me great confidence right from the start. I was able to drop my car off earlier than scheduled, and they were more than accommodating. Communication was spot on throughout the day – I received updates when my car had been serviced, and they took the time to advise me on a few additional things that could be done. What I really appreciated was that there was no pressure at all – just honest, helpful advice. On the day of the service changed my mind and decided I wanted both the service and MOT done. They were brilliant about it – super flexible and managed to get everything completed the same day without any problems. Overall, it was a lovely experience. The team were friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about providing great service. I’m very happy with the price and quality of work, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
