I came across Philips Garage nearly 2 years ago after receiving a quote of £2k to fix my screen wash pump. Through the Good Garage Scheme website, I found this garage that was honest and kept in touch. They even fixed everything for less than £200! 2 years later, everything still works perfectly.
Wonderful garage! Carrie on the front desk is so welcoming, helpful and professional. The work carried out on my car to pass it's MOT was efficient and good value for money. Highly recommend.

Put car in for diagnosing a slight and intermittent rattle that presents itself every now and then on a cold start; garage stayed in touch throughout the day and even kept car overnight to allow further opportunities for noise to present. Issue diagnosed, communication was excellent from garage!
I've used Philips Garage for over 7 years now for servicing, MOTs and diagnostics. Craig and the team are knowledgeable and honest in the service they give. I strongly recommend them to anyone looking to have work done. Many of my friends who have used them have had similar experiences.

First time using this garage. Top class service from start to finish, from booking the car in to collecting the car. They went into detail on the work completed and what follow-up was required. All this at a very competitive price. Will definitely use again. Already recommended to family/friends.
The lady at the reception is so helpful and ensures that you’re kept up to date with anything regarding your vehicle. The staff are friendly and got my car tyre fixed and back to me as soon as possible. Reasonably priced - I will definitely be back if I have any issues with my car.
The service was excellent. Carrie took comprehensive details of the issues with my car. Craig carried out diagnostic checks on my Golf found and repaired the issues. Craig was kind enough to explain everything to me when I collected the car. Professional garage who now have my future business.
Talked me through what was needed to fix my car, gave me the prices before doing any work to consider and they fixed it within the estimate really quickly. I will be back for sure and would recommend to other people looking for a garage they can trust. Lovely family!
Electrical problems can be really tricky as ours were. These folk got to the bottom of the various problems when another garage tried and could not.
After reading a long list of impressive reviews for this garage I decided to pop into Phillip's Garage. The culture in the garage is vastly differently from others - friendly, professional and focused on finding solutions where challenges arise.
Extremely thankful to the techs at Philips Garage, who checked over my daughters car after newly purchasing it. They found multiple items that I will raise with the dealer to be rectified. Saved me a lot of money and kept my daughter and granddaughter safe! Gad bless!
