Castle Garage

After taking my car to the main ford dealer in Exeter and still having issues with a problem I had taken my car in for still present after these numerous visits I decided to try my local independent family run ford garage , after listening to my concerns about what was going on with the car and a brief explanation of the planned work to resolve these issues I left my car in their care , i was contacted during this process to confirm work that had to be done in order to finish the job on my car , then upon getting a call to confirm my car was now finished and ready for collection I was then shocked to find my bill substantially less than the main dealer (bonus) , but to then get my car out on the open road again and to discover all problems that were present at my cars arrival and departure from the main dealer was now indeed gone !!!! Absolutely amazing work from these guys throughout my whole experience and what I would expect to find from a main dealership , would recommend to anyone , especially ford owners , main dealerships may have all the fancy equipment but means nothing without customer care and knowledgeability , to actually listen to a customer take that information and then use your knowledge on your chosen trade is something only a true professional of their job is able to attain , i recieved this level of service and expertise and truly believe the work carried out here is of a higher quality and care than my main dealership , I would absolutely recommend Castle garage to anyone looking for a garage to trust because they are exactly that a , a garage you can trust ! Many thanks

Always reliable and honest, Castle is a garage guided by real family values. I wouldn't take our cars anywhere else.
