Great first experience of Barnet Motor Medics. All the staff from reception to the workshop were friendly, polite, helpful and informative. Whether on the phone or in person. Their expertise extended to adjusting the front wheel tracking on my 1967 MK1 MGB GT. Due to the age my car James was unable to use any of the up to date calibrating equipment and had to go old school. I paid only a little over the going rate, which was perfectly reasonable considering the extra time needed. The result was a marked improvement in handling when I test drove it on the way home. A very friendly team who are an asset to the business
Their customer service was outstanding so welcoming ,helpful and courteous. The work they carried out was excellent too and couldn't be bettered. I will highly recommend them .
