This was my first time visiting this garage and found them to be very good. They got my car in quick and explained everything in detail right away including a breakdown in price. They completed the work there and then and completed the job quicker than expected. Even gave me a money off voucher for next time. Very friendly and approachable and make you feel at ease. Will definitely use this garage from now on.

bts garage have helped me the last 5 years since becoming a widow. They have been kind, helpful, And being disabled they have allieveated the stress that i have experienced by being responsible for a car.
My previous car failed its MOT. BTS went further than the usual garage to try and rectify it, unfortunately after further inspection it was made clear that there was a bigger issue on hand even though they did everything they could do to help. After i brought my new car i knew straight away i would return to BTS when my MOT and Service was due, this time round everything went smoothly, i was happy with the service that was provided. They even fitted the new bulbs i had brought during my MOT and service.
Absolutely outstanding service, work carried out to a very high standard. Staff extremely helpful, took the time to explain exactly what had been done. I felt valued as a customer, my car was sparkling clean when I collected it. Honest and trustworthy with a personal touch, thank you!!
This is my first time using BTS but it certainly won't be the last. They bent over backwards to get me in for an MOT same day (caused by me forgetting) and had the car back within hours despite clearly being very busy. They were extremely courteous and I felt very well looked after. Highly recommended.
