Phoned to book emergency repair. They refused to see me, said they can’t help me because I’m not an existing customer. No other reason, no alternative time offered. Just no. Dangerous and appalling attitude to road safety and customer service. Couldn’t recommend.

I stopped en route to Southampton with a faulty bonnet catch. Two mechanics kindly spent half an hour trying to fix it, sadly without success but they tied it safely so I could continue my journey and refused any payment for their time and effort.
