The service was so much quicker than originally expected, communication was spot on and the car was back in no time
These guys came to the rescue where others failed. Green Flag wanted to charge £500 to get my car home after an injector failed. Local VW dealerships just could not assist due to their inflexible working model. Rebecca and Stewart could not have been more helpful. They found a replacement injector and had it fitted within two hours meaning I got home on time and saved an expensive tow fee. You need people like this when things go wrong. Thank you.
We were recommended this garage by a neighbour when we moved to Castle Donington two years ago. We've used them regularly ever since and they are absolutely brilliant. After eight or nine encounters I cannot think of a single criticism, they are probably the best garage anywhere that I've used in over 40 years of motoring.

They did a brilliant job in sorting me out. Picked up my car from the car park it was stranded in, sorted out the problem and then put it back in the same car park. All for one hour's labour!
The repair was due to another garage fitting shock absorbers incorrectly and Allen's Autocare sorted the problem. Excellent service
