D & D Williams & CO Limited

Excellent service once again, use this garage for all my service, repairs and mots

Brilliant service, carried out my MoT and reassured me about an ongoing dashboard light issue

My exhaust broke while traveling between London and Birmingham. I found this garage was 2 mins away from where I was and they had fixed my exhaust and I was back on the road in under 2 hours. Exceptional service and very friendly.

As a single woman with no knowledge about cars i can honestly say this garage is 100% trust worthy. I was quoted way over the odds by another garage for my MOT work to be carried out, called Debbie for a quote which i was more then happy with, in fact the work ended up being cheaper then i was originally quoted which i was advised about when collecting the car. Will never go anywhere else now. Thank you guys :)

I have been using D williams for a number of years. Dave and Debbie are the only people i trust to work on my cars. I have never had to question the price as they are excellent value for money. No work is ever to much trouble and Dave will always find the best and safest solution. He will not cut corners and will make sure the quality is second to non. I can not reccomend them enough and they deserve all the praise they get. My wife knows that if ever she has a problem and i am not around she will give D williams a call and i know that they would do everyting they could to help. Debbie and Dave thank you !!!

Dave and Debbie were absolutely fantastic, they sorted my brakes out at very short notice so I could get back on the road to get back home. Dave explained exactly what the problem was, what needed to be done and showed me plenty so I understood what he'd done, and what had been done wrong to my car before by other mechanics! He clearly really cares about his work and his customers. I can tell this is a very honest and trustworthy garage run by outstanding people, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

As many times before they had sorted my problem out and as usual they came up with cleaver solution to fix a problem that most garages would fob you off with because it was to much trouble and they couldn’t be bothered to use their brains to help. You never get a botch job, you get years of experience and know how. The people who run it are “old school “ and never overcharge for work carried out, two nicer people you could never meet.Anyone who’s ever owned an Alfa Romeo know the silly things this make will throw at you but this garage will always come through. They even take time to show and walk you through a problem and never flannel you like many places do ( I’d go nowhere else) and I’ve been a customer for almost 7 years .The problem they fixed today was awkward but Dave came up with a solution that would give Ed China a run for his money. To sum up, this garage is second to non and you’ll be pleased you became a customer! Thanks again Debby and Dave who are as honest as the day is long

excellent prompt and efficient service for a fair price

Absolutely fantastic garage, so helpful and so good at explaining what the issue with the car is. Could not recommend more.

This garage was recommended to me by my husband and I was completely impressed and satisfied with the service. I was given the price before hand, and having been taken advantage of by other garages in the past because I'm a young woman, this garage is very transparent, trustworthy, and reliable. I would recommend this garage to anyone, in particular women who don't want to be taken for a fool and have needless work and cost done on their vehicle, that won't happen to you here :)

I cannot fault this garage from the initial call speaking to Debbie to the work being carried out by Dave. They are honest, reliable and very trust worthy people. There prices are very reasonable and do not over charge you. I will definitely be using them again and will recommend to family and friends.

My wife & i have used this garage for many years...& in fact, i started going to them in 2004 when the proprioters work elsewere at that time... We take 2 cars & a taxicab to this company.... We have no complaints re them whatsoever... They are very fair with their prices......Most importantly, they are 100% honest... Dave the mechanic is meticulous with his detail... he takes his time and always does neat work.... The premises are clean & tidy, in fact, Staff are employed on a saturday morning to come in & clean the premises from top to bottom... The propriorters are very friendly, cheerful & approachable... We travel a round trip of 70 miles to use this company (from Staffordshire)... Many other customers travel from afar too.... Many of the local Police bring their cars in too... which is a great recommendation in itself.. As you may gather from our review, we cannot speak highly enough of this company... !!!

I hit a pot hole in the road coming into Oxford road which removed a coupling on the near side of the twin exhaust and also the silencer bracket . They did an outstanding job finding parts for the repair going ,as far a lending me a car to finish the contract shift job I was on. While I'm still working in Coventry if anything goes wrong with my normal car l will certainly return to them Ron Colbron

My windscreen wipers stopped working close to this garage in a very wet day. I pulled over and asked if they could help. They had a look immediately, showed me what was wrong, ordered the wiper linkage which was delivered and fitted within 1.5 hours even though they were busy. Great friendly service.

I dropped my car into Dave and Deb at short notice as it was overheating. Dave stated he couldn't look at it for a few days as he was booked out. He looked at my car when he said, Deb called me and said it was ready. The price was very fair. I don't normally trust garages and hate leaving cars for 'open ended' work or investigative problem solving' - as you normally end up with a giant bill - not so with Dave and Deb - I trust they do the job that needs doing, with a fair price. Dave is really knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and realistic ( which is important ) and he gives you confidence that he will fix it. I'm very happy to drop my cars off for work and MOT's in the future, very happy indeed. Thank you.

I have used this garage for about 5 years now, for service, repairs and MOT to both family vehicles. I tried then because they are local to me and I like to support local business. I have stayed with them because the service from start to finish is excellent. Debbie always tries to accommodate bookings, even at short notice. On my most recent booking for an MOT I had to add on extra repair work at short notice and she sorted it out no problem. David is an excellent mechanic, never had any problems with his work. Honest in diagnosis of what needs doing and great value too. Highly recommended.

Excellent efficient service from the great team.

This garage is run by a local family & serves many taxi drivers & villagers. Debbie texts each year to remind us of mot date in good time. We get a lovely Christmas card each year, lovely small touches. Of course the real reason I keep going back is because the service is excellent & charges reasonable. Debbie always fits you in quite quickly & the car fixes are done as quickly as they can. Thank you D Williams team.

I have used this garage for around eight years and have absolute confidence in the service and workmanship. It is a friendly, family run business with very reasonable prices, and with work often undertaken at very short notice. Dave is an excellent mechanic and always does a superb job. I highly recommend this garage and would not take my car anywhere else.

Excellent Service. Used this garage for years and always trust their advice.
