The staff communicate well, explaining what needs doing/not doing, why, where and how it affects the car. They ring around for the best quote on things like tyres which are very expensive on a Landrover. They provided a discount on their labour and one of the items that needed doing and did some repair work that wasn't necessary for my car to pass its MOT. Best of all, I like the way they give me time and don't treat me like an idiot.
