Another GREAT Customer experience: Paul dealt with my car during this Visit - another Employee who's a real credit to your Firm! As a former Governor of California once said: "I'll be back"
Adam and his Team at Severalls Garage managed to sort out a problem with my car very quickly - which has helped me out so much! Another glowing bit of feedback from me! Thank you!!!
The Team up at Severalls Business Park went the extra mile to source the parts needed (older Vauxhall), and provided a clear and transparent Estimate. Good communications and issue with car fixed. Highly recommended. Thank you and well done to Ed and Adam!
This was my first visit to your Severalls Garage and was very impressed with both the level of service, plus being kept informed, with questions fully answered. I particularly liked the transparency in terms of the diagnosis and possible outcomes for the works needed for my car. Looking forward to building up a good working relationship with your Garage / Staff for my car (for future Services etc.) Thank you to both of your Colleagues who I dealt with today. Kind Regards, Duncan.
friendly staff. Very efficient.
Lovely friendly staff, as a woman didn’t feel ripped off or spoken down to. Very honest staff, receptionist is brilliant and most helpful . Members of our local ladies group all take their cars here
