I had a great experience using A1 Motorcare. I can find some male dominated garages intimidating but Olly was lovely to deal with. From my first phone call to them, I was invited to bring my car down right away and I had a prompt phone call not too long after outlining what was wrong, how they were going to fix it and how much it would cost. What impressed me most was the extra mile they go to - giving me a lift back to work so my day wasn't disrupted, checking my tyres and tracking, topping up my oil and offering a free winter check - all part of the service and it didn't cost me a penny. I will definitely be returning to this family run business who love their customers.
