Very good, far better than the main dealer.

Always very helpful and excellent service, especially from Ken.

Service with a smile. Quick, efficient, professional, obliging and flexible. I had use of a loan car. Very happy, considerate staff and reasonably priced. Thank you Burwell Audi - Specialist.

Superb service. They only did the work that was needed and they were very aware of keeping the costs as low as possible. I will use again in the future.

Staff always friendly.

Excellent service. I would highly recommend.

I have found Ken and the team consistently professional, capable, knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent service always and I travel some distance out of my was to use this garage.

Highly recommended garage.

Very helpful.

Very good service. I have been to other garages that were unable to resolve the problem, but it was resolved quickly at Audi-Specialists. I would recommend this garage to everyone.

I travelled one hundred miles to use this garage on a recommendation and I wasn't disappointed. They were professional, helpful, and very knowledgeable. It was a great service at a very reasonable price.

Streets ahead of Audi mean dealers, delivers a level of customer service that other garages should strive for. Clear pricing, good communication and no surprises.

Friendly, helpful service at a fair price. Courtesy car always available.

Excellent service.

Fantastic and very helpful team. They do not rip you off.

Very friendly and prompt. Accommodating with requests as far as possible.

Friendly, helpful and accommodating staff.

Vey personal service and an excellent garage. One small issue gets persistently overlooked with my car, but it's a minor issue and otherwise it's a top score service all round.

Great staff, excellent service, very friendly and helpful.
