Andy was great! My local mechanics struggled to diagnose the issue so I contacting Andy through the website, straight away he offered more insight and solutions. So much that I made the 1.5 hour journey to his garage. My underlying issue was soon fixed by professionals at a very reasonable price.

Fantastic service. Going away camping and broke down on M25. Vehicle was recovered to Audi specialists, the next day fault diagnosed, Shane shuffled some work around and the mechanic worked into the night to have me back on the road 2 days after the breakdown. Annual MOT visit, courtesy car available, friendly welcoming arrival. Phone call to advise of necessary work to be done, agreed for work to be done. Car ready for collection well before I expected. Advised of all works carried out and why, and satisfactory MOT. Work done costs very, very acceptable.

Car had a slight coolant leak and asked Audi main dealer to check, no problem found. Kept topping it up as leak manageable. Topped up before 200m drive, coolant light 100m, topped up, again after 60m and 30m. Called Burwell and they fitted car in, water pump knackered. Fixed in 1 day. Brilliant.

Shane was amazing. He offered/arranged a courtesy car for me but on arrival he was honest and explained my car could be fixed in 45 mins so I could wait & they would do it now. Shane got the car fixed & turned a stressful situation into an easy fix - thank you so much

Wanted a Haldex oil change on my S3 as I doubted Audi had cleaned the gauze filter when they did it. Glad I went to Shane and Audi Specialist to get it done; video evidence provided of the horrendous state of the filter. Money well spent; I'll be back to get a professional job in the future.
