James very welcoming even though I arrived at lunchtime. Checked I had umbrella to walk into town. Didn't rush me as I sorted what I was taking with me. Listened to what I said about what I thought was wrong. Garage didn't persuade me to get new tyres.

Car drove better, "tighter", but am I am unable to answer the question with any degree of "mechanical knowledge". I I don;t have to bring the car back, that will determine satisfaction!
