Poor customer experience all round. Failed MOT - okay you expect that to happen. The person who called me was a woman, inexperienced and lacked any awareness of the issue, refusing to annswer questions or be helpful. Ordered parts without my consent. Was rude and abrupt over the phone, difficult.
