Was concerned that brakes were spongy. Jon fitted me in on a busy day and found they were dangerous. Offered hire car and lift home. Got parts next day, fitted and I was on the road within 24 hours. Great service from Jon, Gareth and James.
Very happy, so helpful and helped us out on way back from holiday.
Great guys, great service, really helpful, prompt service.
The technician was very helpful and explained, and even showed, me the wear on the brake pads. He listened attentively, talked through the issues with confidence. I was very reassured I was in good hands.

Excellent and friendly garage. I have been using them for years and always recommend them to friends and colleague's.
Gareth Spilsbury is always helpful and cheerful as are all the Wells Automotive crew. Ready to listen and deal with any extras.
After being in the service industry (now retail). I am well aware of what service is all about, this was and is in every way, excellent.
We've run up a lot of miles so a full service was overdue. The work was all done to a very good standard and the car runs better. Also, I took Cussy here when he had a fault which was fixed here. Would use them again.
Excellent in every way. Lifts from and to garage particularly appreciated.
I always receive good quality work, repairs and advice. Reliable and very helpful. Thanks.
