As a single woman I've had bad experiences from garages in the past. I trust John and the guys to look after me and not rip me off. Wouldn't go anywhere else

All the staff at Wells Automotive go above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service. I am always very happy taking my car there and can trust that everything will be taken care of to an excellent standard. A first class, friendly and accommodating garage that I would highly recommend.
They charged over what was agreed, made my wife pay for the work even though it wasn't completed (she felt pressured and intimidating by them) My car is now running a lot worse and still has the error message they apparently fixed. Manger is always unavailable when you have a problem.
Communication was appalling: - no calls to advise on parts (£350) - rear view mirror left broken & dangling - kept ringing for an update - said would call me Friday; call Tues am - no apology, acknowledgement or reduction for poor service - £504 total bill. V unhappy
We have always found all Well Automotive staff helpful, knowledgeable, prompt and professional.

The garage generously gives us a car for our use each time our car goes into garage for work on it.
As always, Jon’s team listened to the extra checks I wanted done and went out of their way to fit them into their busy schedule.
I called in to ask if bumper could be pushed back and re-attached. Jon (manager) said they could look at it straight away. The attachments had not come away so Andy devised a way of securing it, sticking, filling etc. What service – one very happy customer.
