My Audi A6 in for MOT, service and some repair jobs. Usual excellent customer service and quality work from Paul and everyone at Auto Q. Work done within a few hours, Paul showed me around the car on collection to check I was happy. Highly recommend Auto Q. Returning customer for over 10 years now.

We've been coming here for nearly 10 years for our MOTs, services and repairs. Paul and all of the Auto-Q team are so friendly, helpful and skilled! All work is done promptly and to highest standards, with great communication. They even work miracles if the car breaks the night before a long trip!:)

All of the staff at Auto-Q are polite ,very courteous, polite, and have an excellent customer service attitude. I would would not hesitate at all in recommending Paul and his staff in carrying out any vehicle service, repair or M.O.T. They are also very reasonable with costs.

Excellent visit with my 2011 Audi A6 for MoT, interim service, new rear parking sensors & boot struts. Paul works hard to get the best deal on parts and sourcing harder to find ones for older cars. Fitted us in quickly work was done efficiently and they checked my car over. Advised me it needed some more repairs.I can now get those done and should be fine for mot later in the year.

Another great visit to Auto-Q. Paul goes above and beyond to provide a first class service. My 2011 Audi A6, in for fan control module, parking sensors and washer system leak. Paul spends the time to investigate the faults fully and source best value parts. Very happy with the work and price paid.

Was able to identify and correct issue with my car in just over 24hrs, was kept well informed at all times and was opening in explaining findings and possibilities. Will deffo be using again!
