Very satisfied, thank you.
I have been taking my car to Baldwins Lane Service Station for over 10 years. I am always treated professionally and with courtesy. The mechanic explained everything to me in a very helpful and informative manner. Thoroughly recommended!
Excellent service at reasonable price and very professional.
Approximately 10 years of servicing my car. What more can you ask? Excellent.
Excellent garage. Really helpful and trustworthy.
I had an MOT and service, as always, well done. I had actually recommended the garage to two people this week who were looking for a friendly and reliable garage to get their cars serviced at.
Being a woman I felt extremely comfortable and at ease. Staff were very warm and welcoming. I was extremely happy that I was offered a courtesy car. I am more than happy to use this garage again and to also recommend it to others.
Excellent, friendly service. Reliable, efficient respectable attitude. Made me feel nothing was too much trouble. Thank you.
Overall great service and attitude of staff.
As a family we have used this garage for forty years or more.
I have used Baldwins Lane Garage for many years and have always received helpful guidance and service at all times, no matter how minor the problem may be or major!
Only garage I have used that given me a courtesy car.
This is a family run business, and to me of exceptional standing. Got to know about it a number of years ago in the motoring section of Honest John in the Saturday edition of the Daily Telegraph. Where a national survey from readers experiences got this business as one of the few in Birmingham worthy of recognition.
Very impressed, especially to find my car had even been washed! Thanks.
Have used this garage several years now.
Welcoming and friendly. Took the car in for MOT and service. Helpful in explaining work to be carried out and costs. Fast and efficient. Will use again and definitely recommend to others.
I was very happy with every thing and everyone at the garage, and an added bonus was that my car was washed!
A very trustworthy honest family business.
I was recommended to this garage by a friend. They were very helpful and friendly from start to finish. I would certainly use this garage again.
