Excellent customer service. Really pleased as to how they slotted in the repair for the same day despite having very limited scope to do so. I was kept informed, by Tom, of the work required together with the cost. Once authorised they were able to carry out the repair and have it back the same day.
Once again highly satisfied with Tom and his team.
Brilliant garage, great service and completed before they estimated which is always a bonus! Wouldn’t use anywhere else now. Thanks Tom.
I was kept informed of progress of the MOT and service. No jargon was used and only necessary work was carried out.
My son and I have used DS Garage Services for about 10 years now, and we are highly satisfied with the services they provide. They have never let us down.
We have been using this garage for many years and we trust them implicitly.

As I woman who knows nothing about cars I always get nervous going to a garage however the staff ensured that I was comfortable to ask any questions and were extremely helpful. I received a phone call, everything was went through with me first so I knew the pricing was reasonable.

Another set of tyres fitted by DS, great service as usual. Agreed a time and they were straight on it as soon as I arrived and job done while I waited. I would have no hesitation in recommending DS.
I was treated with the utmost courtesy and respect, every thing was explained to me, Updated throughout, and the quotes given came in under, which pleased me a lot. Lovely to deal with and would definitely use from now on.
