Premier Vehicle Services Ipswich Ltd

Repair diagnosed very quickly, parts sourced very quickly, and staff worked late to carry out repairs all on the same day. Pricing was amazingly good value. Will always bring my cars here in future.

For politeness, help and overall genuine customer service. PVS cannot be beaten.

PVS has been a wonderful garage service to me over the years. I will not take my car anywhere else now. Advice is wonderful and no extras are ever forced on me.

Always use this garage. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Awesome. Best service my poor little car has had. Thanks.

Lee was very good in doing the service. He even pointed out a problem which may arrive in the future.

I find P.V.S. to be very helpful and pleasant towards me, being disabled - and I cannot fault them at all.

I booked my car in with PVS after being advised by a National Automotive repair chain that my front brake pads and discs were worn and needed replacement. Jane at PVS was very helpful and friendly when I booked my car in at short notice. Not long after dropping off my vehicle I received a call from Jane stating that both my front and rear brakes were checked and were in perfect order and that there was no need for any repair or replacement! Not only did PVS provide me with a report for my brakes, which confirmed everything was fine, they saved me a lot of money on work that was not necessary or needed for my car. My first experience with PVS really did reflect the values of the Good Garage Scheme of being trustworthy and having the customers best interests at heart!

Being disabled, it helped me a lot having my car collected and returned to me by pleasant staff.

Excellent service as always. I wouldn't use anyone else.

My wife broke down half a mile from the garage whilst on a shopping trip, they were good enough to come and recover the car, repair the fault and allow my wife to travel home with the car. Great service.

They managed to rearrange my MOT at the last moment to accommodate my work. It's nice to have things explained thoroughly. Nothing was too much trouble.

Always efficient and friendly. Work carried out to the highest quality and I would not take my vehicle anywhere else.

Very high standard of work and helpful.

Awesome garage and staff. Would use again.

Excellent service and friendly staff.

First class service and at a fair price.

I have used this garage for three years, always helpful.

Quality service. Honesty is a quality rarely found in garages these days - PVS are the exception to the rule. Thanks.

Very helpful staff, good service and price. I would use them again.
