Loss of power on a Ford Mondeo 2.0TDCI auto estate and having been to a main dealer and others who could not identify the fault and my heart sinking in the belief that it was yet another high cost problem that I could not afford. Tom Day found and fixed the fault in less time than others had deliberated on their potential diagnosis which was way off the mark. Thanks to recommendation the problem was solved on this. My first ever visit to Tom Day and I have my tow vehicle back in full working order.
Quick diagnosis of reason for unburnt fuel smoke and quick repair with a helpful explanation. They ignored my thoughts on what was doing it, always a good starting point, as I know nothing compared to these guys! My truck starts better, runs smoother and the fuel economy is better. Good to know there are still helpful experts about who can deal with old jalopies like this.
