EGR trouble left the Audi coughing, then dying on the hill. Issue dealt with, it pulls evenly and starts clean. Tidy as you like.

David X

Cock-a-hoop. It pulls.

Thomas Z

An amazing job on the Audi. Earlier pull, no harsh edge, and the hill onto the dual carriageway is no longer something I plan before I leave the house. The cruise sits. Town is civil. I have done the commute in traffic and on an open evening and it is better in both. Fuel is slightly kinder on the open one. Bowled over. He did not hurry the dyno and he did not dress it up. The road was the honest part, and it has stayed honest for a month. I am not looking elsewhere.

Free coffee in reception, a proper mug, and nobody rushing me out of the chair. I enjoyed it, then enjoyed the Audi more. Buzzing.

An AdBlue fault and a DPF light had been a double act on the loaded hill. Both settled. The Volkswagen climbs and I am topping up far less often. Fair made up.

Katie U

I was worried it would be sharp in town. It is not. The hill is easier, the throttle is cleaner, and the cruise is actually calmer. Well chuffed with that balance.

Dewi Y

The fish in reception are really interesting, a proper tank, colours and movement, and I stood there longer than a grown man probably should. I will own that. The BMW I drove afterwards had the same energy in a more useful place. It pulls the hill by the hospital in one gear, the mid-range shortens a pass, and it still trickles. Buzzing. I mentioned the tank and then talked about the car for longer, which is the right order once you have driven it. I would go again. The waiting was a pleasure and the result was the point.

Amazing job on the Mercedes. Earlier pull, a hill that no longer needs a downchange, and a gearbox that has finally calmed down. Over the moon.

Kabir S

Ask, and it goes. The long drag I used as a test is nothing special now, which is exactly what I wanted. Chuffed to bits.

Michael X

The EGR fault had the Mercedes thick at low speed and empty on a rise, plus a rough idle that had become embarrassing at the lights. Issue sorted, the pull is there, the idle is even, and the coast road is a higher gear. Overtakes take less road. I am not compensating. Dead chuffed. Fuel on that run has held up and the car is less tiring, which I noticed when I got home and had some evening left. That is a practical result. The stumble is retired.

Jac R

Smoke on pull-away and a DPF warning had gone together for months. They saw a proper regeneration through. The smoke stopped and the hill is a pull again. Couldn't be happier.

Huw Q

The EGR fault had the Ford flat at low speed and then empty on a rise. Sorted. Willing without being jumpy, and traffic is far less tiring. Spot on.

Gethin P

DPF and AdBlue were both nagging, and any hard hill made the BMW worse. That pair of problems is finished. It holds the gear and a bottle lasts the month. Overjoyed.

Hamza W

DPF and AdBlue had the Ford threatening the morning and then the hill, a countdown and a warning, sometimes both. I planned journeys around them. I do not now. It climbs with a load, a bottle lasts a working month, and the empty run is calmer. No lamps on a full week of drops. Chuffed to bits. I took the spare bottle out and left it on the shelf, which felt like a small ceremony. The van is a van again. I start it and go, and the hill is just where the road goes.

Aled N

The DPF light was a fixture because every regen aborted. They got one to complete in the Audi. No warning since, and no limp mode on the hill. Highly chuffed.

Bryn M

Well chuffed. The Ford flies up.

Iestyn L

The fish in reception kept me occupied, a really interesting little shoal, more going on than in most waiting rooms. The Ford on the way home was having just as good a time. Class.

John V

A DPF warning on the climb, then limp mode, had become the commute in the Volkswagen. Short trips were the diet that caused it. They got a regeneration to run to the end and the light has stayed out through more short trips since. The hill is a steady pull, the smoke has gone, and I have stopped checking. Highly chuffed. It is cleaner from the lights as well. I am not living by a lamp. The car does the week without a discussion, which is new and very welcome.

Michael K

EGR issues had the Mercedes rough when warm and hopeless when the gradient arrived. Fixed, it is even and willing. Dead chuffed.

Claire J

The difference is on the small roads. Less fuss, a sweeter throttle, and the hill near the close has shrunk. Lush.
