Kevin R

An EGR fault had the BMW rough at idle and flat on the rise. That is sorted. It pulls cleanly and I am well pleased.

Michael G

Had the VW Amarok remapped and the difference when towing is huge. More low-down pull and it does not feel as if it is labouring with the trailer on. Excellent work.

Joanne Q

The first mile in the Mercedes told me. Earlier torque, the usual hill in one gear, and a throttle that is civil in traffic. Delighted.

Colin M

Remapped the Toyota Hilux before a summer of towing. It pulls the trailer with far less effort and sits more comfortably at motorway speeds. Could not fault them.

Katie B

Remapped the Skoda Superb and it finally has the go to match the comfort. More pull with a full car, easier motorway miles, and a team who were straightforward from the start.

Stuart P

Amazing job on the Ford. It keeps its pace on the hill with a load in, and empty it cruises. I have told the lads already. Smashing.

Mohit N

Fewer gearchanges, a cleaner pull, and a cruise that sits rather than strives. I am made up with how easy the week has become.

Mostyn M

The DPF light and the AdBlue countdown have both stayed off, and the hill no longer drops a gear. A bottle lasts. Pleased with it.

Arwel L

DPF limp mode on the climb to work had become a routine. They got a regeneration to finish. It has not limped since, and that hill is a pull. Highly chuffed.

Hywel K

EGR issues were the reason the Audi felt thick and then had nothing on a rise. Sorted. It is willing, smooth, and easier to place in a gap. Lush.

Gwilym J

DPF warning, then AdBlue, then a hill that finished the argument in the Ford. All three have gone quiet. It climbs loaded and I am well happy.

Paul H

Made up. The Volkswagen is willing.

Sion G

A proper tank of fish in reception, really interesting, and I am happy to admit I watched them instead of the clock. Thrilled with the drive after.

Alan F

The DPF had been aborting, so the Volkswagen smoked and then limped if I asked for the hill. A full regeneration was seen through. Smoke gone, light gone, climb ordinary. Smashing.

Amy E

I did the usual Friday road. The long climb no longer forces a shift, the cruise is lazier, and I arrived with more in the tank than I expected. Grinning like a fool.

Graham D

An amazing job. The BMW came off the dyno pulling where he said, and the drive over the hill proved the sheet honest. Bang on.

Arun C

Loaded or empty, it is less effort. I noticed the hill first and the fuel figure second. Proper pleased.

Cai B

A sticking EGR had made the idle rough and the hill a give-up. Gone. The pull is back from lower revs and the morning start is clean. Dead chuffed.

Wyn A

The Mercedes was drinking AdBlue and throwing a DPF warning on the same climbs. Both quiet now. It holds the gear and a top-up is ordinary again. Delighted.

Christopher Z

The DPF would not complete a cycle in the Ford, so every short week ended in limp mode. They put that right. Hills are easy and the light has stayed out. Well pleased.
