Euro Performance Ltd

The service from this garage is better than a Mercedes main dealer, they are very pleasant/welcoming and I cannot speak highly enough of the service I have had today 29/10/2019 , I fully recommend this garage

Excellent service throughout. Everything was clearly explained before work was carried out and what that work would cost. When I collected my invoice it was for the amount specified and Jodie, (excellent “front of house”)who had been in contact with me throughout, went through the invoice with me explaining exactly what had been done. Full documentation/readings of all tests etc given to me with the invoice. I was even offered a courtesy car and when I picked up my car it had been cleaned. Brilliant!

Excellent service provided by professional team who understand the vehicles and what is required to maintain and repair them to a very high standard.

IT IS DIFFICULT to find work and customer service of this level in the motor trade nowadays. These guys came highly regarded in the Volkswagen Audi community when I was looking for somewhere in South Wales to service my 18 year old mk1 Audi TT, which had also developed a brake issue. The work was explained clearly and quoted before being carried out to a very high standard. Jodie stayed in touch regularly to give updates on the work needed and went through everything done afterwards. They even washed the car. I'm confident these guys do work to a better-than-dealership level of quality and scrutiny, at a better cost than a main dealership. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Europerformance to friends and family, and will definitely be back for my MOTs from now on.

Was very happy with the work carried out. The car had a hard year so was keen the garage gave it a thorough looking at. The staff were very helpful and friendly and met my need for a courtesy car. Was please with the service I got.

This was the first time to use euro performance after being recommended by a number of people and I have just become one of those people, Gareth and his team are so very professional and up front in every aspect, they explained in minute detail all the work that needed to be carried out and the price before carrying out the repairs to a very high standard, I have found someone who I can trust to look after my much loved car. Thanks Gareth/ Jodie.

Great service as usual, better than you receive at the main dealer. Very thorough, which gives you piece of mind that nothings been overlooked, thanks again.

I would highly recommend Euro Performance for their very professional, no nonsense attitude when dealing with my requests. The price I paid was the exact amount quoted to me which was very competitive and was far less than the Audi dealership quote I was originally given for the work. I will be using them again

First time using the garage and will be using them again for all my servicing and repairs. Easy to book in with the very friendly and knowledgeable staff who took the time to detail the costs and the works to be undertaken. Also undertook some diagnosis on the brakes and provided evidence that I could use to prove poor parts had been used at a well-known nationwide tyre/brake franchise. Many thanks!

Quite easy to find close to Royal Mint. Friendly reception work carried out to time notified when available for collection, washed and well presented. Accomodation not as plush as main dealer. Workshops very clean, easy parking. Comprehensive paperwork with lists of items to be done with check list on completion. All work items priced individually.

Can't fault this garage , took my crafter to 2 other garages , and that could not find the fault , Euro performance found the fault and went through everything with me , would definitely use again. And recommend to anyone..

Recommended by a friend - honest approach and excellent work - we will use Euro Performance again and will recommend to friends!

From my initial enquiry to handing back my serviced car, I cannot fault the service received from Euro Performance. Jodie is very efficient, replying to my emails regarding courtesy cars, costs, and I even received an email reminder the day before to reconfirm my service booking. I was even asked politely if I'd like the car washed before I collected it

Extremely Professional set up service fully explained and full report provided would definitely return to this garage in the future .

One of the best garages I've ever used the car came back spotless and all the work they had done explained to me, great break down of work that's due in the future on the car invoice. If you are looking for a German car specialist don't go any ware else. Will have my car serviced every year from now on.

Have been using this garage for years for my Audi. Always take the time to explain problems/solutions and costs. Have been very happy with the work done including servicing and repairs, even at very short notice

I have used this garage for our family cars for many years. i have always been very pleased with the quality of work & the costs. The team are friendly & the work is always explained so you know what was done.

My husband and I have been using Euro Performance since Gareth set up his business 20 ish years ago. It is with great pleasure that we have witnessed the business go from strength to strength and his success is so thoroughly deserved. The standard of work is exceptional and the staff all go above and beyond to be helpful. We have 100% trust in the work they do and advice they give. Jodie is a delight in her role as front of house. Gareth always has time to explain any technical issues if requested with his very unique brand of humour but Jodie also knows her stuff! I wouldn't dream of taking my car anywhere else.

I have used Europerformance for 9 years to repair and service my 2005 BMW130. Gareth, Jodie and the team have always provided an outstanding level of service including very effective diagnostics. All resons for the required repair and its costing are always clearly explained prior to any work being carried out and the car is always well washed prior to its return. I would highly recommend this garage for any type of repair or service.

Excellent service, the price was exactly as quoted and very friendly staff. I will definitely be taking my car back.
