First time to use this garage, all the staff who i talked to were outstanding with knowledge about the job i wanted, I looked in the workshop and it is very clean,"spotless".. The price was very fair for all genuine parts,, also ,"which i thought was great", the cars service and parts used was registered with Audi and a print out given to keep with the cars history, I would recommend Euro Performance to anyone who wants to keep they're car in first class condition

This is the best garage I have used in over 40+ years. This includes franchised garages. Excellent organisation including appointment booking. Great use of modern technology. Great staff right through the garage. Friendly. Gareth spends time explaining proposed work and his staff are quick to contact you with updates. The title "Trust My Garage" is so apt when applied to Europerformance. I trust them fully. They are a shining example of what a great garage is.

This was the first time I’ve used EuroPerformance and did not regret it. I would recommend them to everyone as they are totally focused on quality and customer satisfaction. The workmanship is outstanding and the customer service is second to none. It doesn’t feel like the receptionist is fobbing you, and has good knowledge of the work that is carried out. They are friendly and inviting and have no issues with explaining things. It can feel daunting going to a garage but not EuroPerformance.

Amazing customer service. Staff are 100% costumer focused. Friendly and warm welcome when you arrive. Staff on the desk went the extra mile to explain everything that had been done on the car and dealt with all requests quickly. Work needed was clearly explained with all the prices. Outstanding work done on the car itself. Would definately recommend.

First used Europower around 7 years ago to service my new TT as I did not trust the dealership with it. Have always had a first class experience and service. It's reassuring to find a garage you trust, so would not look to go anywhere else.

I had an interim service carried out and I received a comprehensive report on my car which I’ve never had at a main dealer, would definitely recommend and use again.

Wow, the car has never run better. Also some work carried out which i was not expecting or charged for. Very pleased that they did this. Found this garages prices to be extremely fair and not overcharging for any work carried out. 10 / 10 would, and have, recommended them to other drivers.

Following a bank of warning lights appearing on dashboard,Euro Performance undertook diagnostic check ,ascertained fault,fitted new sensor to NSR wheel and retested. First class service from a highly professional garage.

I was highly recommended to Euro Performance by family members and I don’t regret choosing this garage at all. Even during the current pandemic they managed to fit me in quickly, explained everything that needed to be done and issues that I wasn’t even aware of in detail. The quote given was incredibly accurate and there was no extras found after agreeing to the work to be done. Upon collecting Jodie was brilliant and gave me great advice on how to continue looking after my car in future The work that has been carried out to the car itself is fantastic! Took my BMW in with a jerky engine problem, garage diagnosed the fault to be a faulty EGR valve, no pressure to have work done there had option to pick car up or they would quote me for repair, Had the car repaired with them, Detailed information what they had done, car runs perfect now. Car was cleaned, and inside was disinfected, Very pleased will be using Euro Preformance for all my servicing needs.

This was my first visit to Euro Performance. I was and remain absolutely pleased with my decision to trust my car with Euro Performance. The quality of service received was excellent, especially when compared and to Audi Dealers. The cam-belt and water pump change, along with Haldex oil and filter service, was done in time, old parts shown, all my questions answered and they even agreed to wait after time...as I was unfortunately held up. The whole team was informative, professional, polite and thoroughly helpful. My car is due for another General service soon and Euro Performance is where it will happen. This is a case of you get what you pay for. A niggling fault on a 2011 TT 8J was quickly diagnosed by the team. The confidence that they had inspired during the booking and diagnostics phase meant I had no hesitation in signing off a substantial list of works to prepare the car for the year ahead. I had previously visited a trusted garage but sadly they had failed to diagnose the underlying fault; Euro Performance swept away any anxiety about the providence of this TT. I was planning to change to an F-Type but may well be persuaded to stick with the TT just so that Euro-P can maintain it.
