Euro Performance Ltd

Contacted Euro Performance because of their excellent reviews, having tried local garages who were not helpful. Was impressed by the professional attitude and willingness to help, this garage was 50miles from home but worth the effort as they obviously are very knowledgeable and diagnosed and fixed the adblue system failure with my car. Will definitely use them again.

Excellent service provided by the team at Euro Performance, kept me up to date with everything going on, will not hesitate to use them again and will be telling anyone that needs work done on their cars to go to them, cracking bunch and really appreciate what they have done for me!

After having a service agreement with a main dealer that had expired, I returned to Gareth and the team at Europerformance. It was a reminder of just how good they are. Excellent service. I loved the videocam that was sent over explaining what they were doing with the car and any work that was required. A menu bill was attached for me to agree with what work would then be done and the cost of each job. It makes it so much easier to understand what is going on.

Excellent communication and work carried out promptly. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending Euro Performance to family, friends and colleagues.

It was the first time for me to use euro performance they came recommended through a third party and i can honestly say i wasn't disappointed excellent service from start to finish cannot speak highly enough Thank you very much for all you have done

First visit to Euro Performance but it won't be the last very well run establishment ,I was kept informed as to what needed to be done and all the work was carried out as requested, great attention to covid 19 rules and very friendly staff. I would thoroughly recommend this garage. Dave S. 23/03/ 21

Great comms very helpful and prompt Many thanks Chris

I found Euro Performance when I was seeking an independent specialist to carry out work on my Soda Superb Sport line rather than go to main dealer. From first contact I was impressed with the professional look and feel of the premises along with the friendly professional approach from the service advisors who gave spot on advice and guidance given in respect of manufacturers service requirements (none of the pretentious crap you get at large main dealers) The work was carried out to my satisfaction and I am pleased to say I will be returning for further service/maintenance work in the future.

First time here. Having bought a BMW I wanted a reliable garage, but not necessarily a main dealership with mega overheads, which was able to fully service my car, ie update the messages and the information so that warnings do not pop up, that the various lights switch off etc . Often this is only achievable via main dealers. Also, someone who has the specialist knowledge and equipment to do the job properly. I went with Euro Performance because I felt they ticked the boxes and am pleased I did. I needed an MOT and service so I thought. I actually got my service intervals wrong and booked in for a major service 3 months early. There are many establishments who would just have carried it out, but fair play I was contacted and it was all explained and it ended up saving me unnecessary expense. All that was required at that stage was a change of brake fluid. I was very pleased at the honesty shown, I see it as very important. Trust is a major factor in deciding whether you will go back . Overall I felt I was dealt with in a professional and friendly manner. I am pleased to recommend this garage

Brilliant service , the car runs really well now, and when picking the car up it had been completely valeted .

Just had my VW Transporter Serviced at Euro PErformance. Service was excellent. The reception is well organised and Covid rules are in place to keep customers safe. Everything carried out professionally and promptly. I will definitely be using Euro Performance again.

Excellent service from start to finish. Very competitive prices considering using all genuine parts etc. They even washed my car after which Is alway a bonus ! Will return for my MOT and any future work.

First time I have used this garage, found the whole experience of dealing with them to be first class. Even delivered the car back to me when the work was completed. Kept me informed of the work that was needed and the cost. Would recommend this garage .

Having recently bought the car, this visit was to obtain a Healthcheck. I was given a comprehensive report of what work would need to be addressed and a conservative estimate of the imminence of repair. Happily there was nothing of an urgent nature. I was impressed by the way that no pressure was made to have unnecessary repairs. It encouraged me to resolve to have Euro Performance carry out the future maintenance. I have already made a tentative appointment for work to be carried out.

First time to use Euro Performance and definitely will not be the last. Excellent communication from the very start and a high standard of work carried out. Felt happy leaving my car there for the work to be carried out as they seemed very professional and knowledgable during the initial phone call and kept me fully informed of the progress of the work. Highly recommend using these guys!

First time I’ve used this garage and hugely impressed. Gareth explained what work he was going to carry out & said he’d phone if anything else required attention. As the car is a 17 year old TT and I’m it’s new owner I was expecting a “horror story” phone call at some point. However, luckily I’ve bought a good one! Service, brake fluid change and an all over general check all for a good price. Gareth was extremely thorough and took 20-30 mins explaining all about my car upon collection. Car & keys completely sanitized too. Proper old fashioned customer service that you just don’t find anymore. Couldn’t recommend this garage enough. I know my TT will be in safe hands during my ownership. Thank you Gareth
