My car was due a cambelt change, and I contacted 3 different VW dealers to obtain a quotation or the works, and only one was able to correctly advise that a coolant pump should be replaced as part of the job. I then contacted Euro-Performance, who not only explained the parts that needed changing, but supplied a diagram detailing each part. They were also very competitive with the pricing, and provided the same 2 year guarantee on the works as a VW dealer. Additionally, they did an excellent job of cleaning the whole car free of charge. It was a pleasure dealing with Jodie, and I will be using them for all the works on my car in the future.

I am long standing new car purchaser of Mercedes-Benz vehicles. Identical standard of customer service and technical expertise most evident at Euro Performance (EP) as to that experienced with Mercedes main dealer. The only difference being that the bill from EP was significantly less than that of the main dealer. Most impressed as to fineness to detail at EP.

Can’t recommend Euro Performance enough. Car had a fault that another garage could not rectify, and after a few attempts myself, decided to leave it to a VAG specialist. The whole process was extremely efficient and professional, with the video of the vehicle diagnosis and proposed repair very informative, accompanied by a thorough description on the quote sent out via text. Any repairs have to be digitally approved before they commence which is also very reassuring. The premises were very well presented, and the customer support excellent.

Excellent customer service, the team are very polite and friendly. My car required additional work following inspection and the team arranged it so it could be completed in a timely way which meant I could make a pre-existing appointment.

Hunter four wheel alignment carried out as requested. Work completed to a high standard at the agreed price, at the agreed time. Work carried out fully explained on collection and rectification shown by a detailed print-out. Friendly staff, clean and modern reception area/premises and well located. Complimentary car clean, air freshener and key fob was a great touch. Would definitely use again.

I used Euro Performance for the first time after I found a recommendation about them on some obscure forum. I checked the website and I spoke with the receptionist and trusted my gut feeling by booking my annual service with them. On the day, everything went smoothly. The receptionist was welcoming and smiling. An hour later, I received an email with the video in which the mechanic assessed my car and explained the needed work. I was asked to approve it over the internet and they accomplished the work professionally and promptly. Euro Perfomance has even given the complementary car wash (with a great smelling car freshener). Finally, everything was completed with the payment plan option available. All in all, I was very satisfied about the service I received from Euro Performance. I plan to use them again and recommend them to my friends.

My aircon hasn't worked since I've owned the car and I chose Euro Performance to find the problem after being recommend by a work colleague. I am pleased to say that they found the problem and rectified it. They went above and beyond to find the part I needed as the part is no longer manufactured. They are all very friendly and helpful, and to top off an excellent service they even washed and hovered my car for me. I will definitely use them again.

A massive thanks to all at Euro Performance for the great work and class presentation of my car - SM56OHT collected earlier today - I'm really happy with the ride and performance it now has - even with the knowledge there's more work to do in the future!! Love the way this garage work. Great video with a full explanation of the issue. Email with details of the job and the prices. Vehicle fully sanitised on pick up. My job was completed early too so it was even better as I had my car back within 2 days. Gareth and Jody both have great customer service and Gareth was really knowledgeable and helpful when I took my car in. Would definitely use again.

Euro Performance came on recommendation from a friend. Great customer service from the start. I found Gareth and the team very knowledgeable and in addition the the video provided, took the time to explain answer my additional questions over the phone. Very happy with the service from euro performance. The fault was reported back to myself with video footage and repair costs. Jodie was very helpful and informative throughout the process. I will be recommending them to friends and family.

I rarely leave reviews but feel this garage warrants the effort. They are so professional, the receptionist Jodie is always so kind and helpful whenever I phone and at however much short notice if I have an issue with my car. Gareth the owner and vehicle technician is amazing, he is extremely knowledgable, informative and helpful, I have been coming to this garage for the past 3 years and am so glad I found them. I have had so many bad experiences with other garages, and am very grateful that I took up a friends recommendation and tried them. They even send you a video of any issues with your car and wash the vehicle before they return it to you. I have complete confidence in them, and I would give them my highest recommendation and advice you to try them and see for yourself.

ENGINE CHAINS WERE RENEWED. ENGINE OIL LEAKS WERE RECTIFIED. SENT PHOTOS OF FAULTS BEFORE REPAIR. CAR NOW DRIVES LIKE IT SHOULD. VERY PLEASED.
