Another great experience at Euro Performance for diagnosis and repair. Communication as ever was excellent from dropping off to pick up. I was sent a hugely detailed video explaining the diagnosis process and then what work was needed to resolve the faults. I was sent a very detailed quote with pricing being clearly explained. Work was carried out quickly and car returned to me having being cleaned and COVID prepared. Thanks again to the team really fantastic service!

Excellent service, I was sent a video of the car inspection, the final amount was checked with me, I was given time scale advice on changing my tyres , my car was returned to me in a spotless condition with detail of the sanitation undertaken to comply with Covid health and safety. I’ll definitely use this garage again.

Requested to have the work completed by a certain time as I had to pick my wife up from work. The work was completed in time and very pleased with it also polite reception staff. Altogether 5 star experience.

First time using euro performance. They carried out a hunter 4 wheel alignment and replaced two front tyres. Very proffesional can't fault them at all. German car specialist at a fraction of main dealer prices but offer the same service but better. Not just a number your a valued customer. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ service. Thanks again.

I first came to Euro Performance on the recommendation of my Dad, when buying my first German car with a brain (computer). I had visited various garages from local to Cardiff for MOTs with my previous car - I would stay and watch (very little trust on my part, having been with friends to some garages, to find they (the garages) were money spinners having little to no clue what they're talking about or doing/ deliberately fault causing to generate money). So, for me, this was totally out of my comfort zone - leaving the car at the garage and not staying to watch... What?!? Anyway, in went "Winnie" (the car) for her first service. I sat at home, on edge, waiting for the verdict. All went well, and on collecting the car, she'd even had a wash and polish, and looked amazing. I came back again for the MOT. This time, I knew what to expect, so I was very happy. Any findings are communicated to you prior to works carried out. Cost is also communicated prior to work completion. I like the video links also (the member of staff is able to show you your vehicle on the ramps and explain the findings to you in a mini video - there's no hearsay, you can see for yourself what you're being told is the problem). All members of staff are very friendly. Customer service is first class, from booking appointments to car drop off and collection. It's great that I can be at work and send a quick email regarding service or MOT and have a same day response - Jodie and Katie do a great job, my GP surgery could learn something (great customer service and booking appointments- my car has better odds of great health than I do - ha ha!). I would definitely recommend Euro-Performance. They are not rip-off merchants, and you won't be disappointed. COVID-19: The measures implemented here are excellent (I say this from a Health & Safety professional point of view, as well as an immunosuppressed customer). Hand sanitising at the door to reception. A screen in reception - keys are sanitised when received and returned to you. Car is sanitised after works completed. Customers are instructed when to turn up and what measures to take (e.g don't leave masks in your vehicle). If you're someone that's been isolated for a long time and worried of what to expect, you need not worry - you'll struggle to see better practices in place at any local supermarket. Tip: Book early! Don't leave it last minute - where there's excellent service, there won't be appointments idling for last-minute requests.

Have been using Euro Performance for a couple of years and built a trusted relationship with the staff. Between us and our grown up sons we rely on Euro Performance for servicing, repairs and MOT's for all of our four cars.

Blown away by the service of this garage, from start to finish their communication was excellent and made me feel I knew exactly what was happening to my car.this was the first time and definitely not the last time I’ll use this garage, great work.

First time using Euro Performance, took my works van here for a service as was not sure of the history of it after purchasing. From drop off to pick up, the service was excellent. An added bonus which I wasn't expecting was an email with a video of a full safety inspection highliting any faults and prices to rectify while the vehicle was still on the ramps. I definately will be using these guys again.

Fantastic and prompt service. Great communication by Jodie. Requested a replacement number plate- was sorted within 24 hours. Able to email details, which is important as when at work not always able to take calls. Cant stress how fantastic this garage is. Also took care to keep car clean using protective sheets etc. Cannot recommend enough.

Very satisfied with my experience from start to finish. Detailed quote received promptly after making an enquiry to have the work done which was well appreciated. After dropping the car off the communication about progress was excellent including a video of inspection and advising additional items that required attention and phone calls to confirm the completion time. Final price was exactly as per the quote and all work handled very professionally. I will be using the garage again and recommending to others.
