A great garage, have looked after repairs and MOT to my Porsche. The diagnosis video is a great addition to the process so you can see exactly what the issues are and are always clearly explained. The team are great, will continue to use.

Went to Euro Performance with a suspected gearbox issue after another specialist failed to diagnose the issue. The from speaking to Gareth over the phone initially to collecting the vehicle the service was 1st class. Highly recommend!

Staff were friendly and helpful. You felt confident in what they proposed to do. Everything was clear and they were very professional. Invoice contained a report on exactly what work they had undertaken and great videos were sent to me before any work was carried out. Thoroughly recommend.

The receptionist was very friendly, polite and professional. I was impressed with the video that the technician sent me of his checks on the car - it was very useful. It was very good to be able to read the report from the technician on my phone, saying what work they would advise me to authorise them to carry out and the cost of this work. I was then able to click on the screen to authorise the work. No phone call was necessary… They informed me when the car was ready to be collected and they gave it a good valet inside and outside too!

Had my wife's Audi Q3 timing belt & water pump changed here, and it's the second time I have dealt with Euro Performance. Really quick to price the work & book it in, with reminders beforehand sent by email. Booking the car in on the day was really quick, check all contact details, and had the job done very efficiently & to Audi standard, book stamped etc. I have found the team here always very helpful & friendly, and they really are a rare find for a garage which not only does a good job of the mechanic stuff, but also organisation in terms of booking in, on the day drop off, collection and paying!

First time user of this garage. EXCELLENT! all round service. Was kept totally informed , of the fault with the car, the diagnosis, how it would be rectified, plus a very reasonable price was quoted. Then it was followed up, with a video report of the test run of the car to demonstrate everything was fine! Will definitely use then again, I cant recommend them enough. Really refreshing in this day and age, to be treated so well. to be informed right the way through the process. Really importantly too? They don't "flannel" you , as main dealers or other garages would do. I had a quick response by email to my initial enquiry, then a clear, detailed quote. A “walk around” video inspection laid out the work that was necessary and an updated quote followed. Time scales were extended due to parts availability and Easter holidays but the car was finished and available for my deadline. Gareth and Jodie are the best in the business. Most recent visit was for an annual service and MOT plus a repair to gear selector mechanism which Audi wanted £1000 for. Job done for £350 so a good saving. Cannot recommend them enough, always super efficient with none of the BS associated with independent garages
