Euro Performance Ltd

We have used Euro performance for the past 5 years and to say they were a revelation is an under statement. We run a fleet of over 60 vans and 60 cars in the wales and west area and down time for our fleet can be costly, not only do they supply a courtesy car or van whilst our vehicles are being repaired but the service and communication we receive from Gareth and his team of technicians is second to none, the knowledge they possess to find even the most complicated of faults and consideration of repairing before replacing to keep the costs down is relentless, Jodie in the office works tirelessly booking and arranging our mots and services sending timely reminders keeping us compliant at all times. A big thank you to all at Euro performance.

Very efficient service from an excellent company.

First time using Euro Performance. Everything was explained clearly beforehand, the fault was correctly diagnosed and repaired and all work was carried out professionally and in the timesclae specified. One happy customer. Will definitely be using this garage again.

I would just like to say that the service i received was second to none. Everthing was explained and costed before any work was carried out on the car. Now thanks to the team it is like driving a different car. I will be using Euro Performance again.

I have used this garage for years. Excellent expertise and very clear about required work and pricing. Staff always courteous and always call to give updates on progressing work. Would recommend to anyone who needs an easy life when it comes to car repairs...

Having used Europerformance for all my servicing and repair requirements since 2016, I would not hesitate to reccomend them for their friendly and professional service in particular the time taken to explain any work to be undertaken and to give a clear breakdown of costs beforehand.

First time using this garage, highly recommended by family members and now by myself. Friendly, honest and reliable!

I have used this garage over a many years, owning at various times a BMW, Mini and latterly Audis. Being a petrol head I am meticulous (a real pain in the ****!) as to any work carried out. On every occasion, Gareth and the team have exceeded expectations, undertaking the work professionally and in a friendly and helpful way. Added benefit here is supporting a local business without any compromising on quality. The Automotive mags in the waiting area are a treat! Diolch.

Great service as usual from Euro Performance, all details of the work carried out was clearly explained by Gareth who also give further advice on keeping my car in tip top condition would recommend this garage to anybody requiring work done on their cars

I have been taking my VW Fox to Europerformance for the last 7 years for servicing, MOT and repairs. and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Their level of customer service and technical expertise is second to none and the prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend this garage.

Very friendly and professional service. They explained the issues clearly and showed me the old faulty parts which had been replaced. Very pleased with the work carried out and I would deffinetly recommend this garage to anyone.

Superb service from booking to pick up,everything well explained, the fact that the cost was lower than franchise/main dealer was a bonus, but much better than that was the consummate professionalism with the communication top drawer during the repairs and service ,and I can only say that I will definitely be returning to Euro performance again as soon as I need my vehicles repaired or serviced again.

We have used this garage for quite a few years. We have always been very happy with the work and the professional customer care we have received. Excellent team.

Europerformance was recommended to me by a friend and I decided to use them for the first time for an MOT. The service the moment I walked through the door was excellent. My MOT was completed in a thorough and professional way at an excellent price. On collecting the car everything was explained to me in full, I shall certainly be using them again in the future for any repairs or servicing.

Excellent communication over a difficult problem. Very efficient and used them several times over recent years. Now my preferred garage for my two cars.

I have used euro performance for approximately 9 years and they have always been excellent in all respects. They are exceptionally good and I cannot speak highly enough of them.

Exceptional service provided right from the outset . The communication channels ,the attention to detail and the total customer care was first class . I would highly recommend using Euro Performance. You will not get this ‘ service’ and customer care from a main dealer in my experience.

Very friendly atmosphere, reliable and professionalism, very good and timely communication,

Excellent service and pricing when compared to Audi main dealers, and you can preserve you Audi service history. Highly recommended and will be using them again.

Excellent service and superb expertise, at a reasonable price, that offers a significant improvement on my main dealer experience.
