We have had direct comparisons with an approved audi garage, not only are Euro Performance much better on price, they exceeded our expectation on professionalism and standards. They always take time to explain exactly whats wrong, if they can fix something they will and always look to provide you with the best value option.

I had a very bad experience with a previous garage a few years ago. When i bought my Audi a friend recommended Euro performance and i have been using the garage since. The staff are very professional, keep you up to date with what the car requires and let you know the cost upfront. I am confident that all the work carried out there is to the highest standard and would recommend the garage to anyone who is looking for a reliable safe place to take their car.

Took my car (BMW Z4M) to Euro-performance for an Inspection 2 and a few minor repairs/issues. Was really twitchy about handing my beloved motor over to others in that, I wasn't sure about the level of care that was going to be taken by them in dealing with my car. FEAR NOT! The Technician in charge (Steffan Deplace) took the time to listen carefully to my list of issues which included a rubbing noise which seemed to be coming from the passenger side rear wheel, a handbrake which wasn't holding the car on a steep gradient, and the CD autochanger which had stopped working. I was fearing the worst wrt the rubbing noise but Steff managed to identify a leaking, rear diff, input shaft seal which, when replaced, along with new diff oil, remedied the rubbing noise problem completely. He also recoded the CD autochanger which is now back in working order. Wrt the faulty handbrake, Steff's diagnosis was missing teeth on the ratchet - the handbrake lever was consequently replaced and the car no longer rolls down hill. In my opinion therefore, Steff certainly seems to know what he is doing and I would have no worries in letting him work on my car in the future. He even washed it for me after the work was completed

I used to have a little motor car for 17 years until she decided she wanted to retire before I was allowed to. As I need a car for work, I went to a well known (and I wouldn't return or recommend) car warehouse, the one with the silent adverts. Having had issues regarding ownership and paperwork with said dealer, I started having doubts about all the paperwork supplied to me by the dealer, and wanted the vehicle checked out completely. Having gone from a little motor car, that my Dad and I could use a Hanes manual and pull about, to a computer on wheels, I needed a specialist. My Dad recommended I come to Euro Performance as he also has a computer on wheels, and has been a very happy customer for several years. I didn't know what to expect when I dropped off the car, apart from a whopping bill (due to the dealer that sold me the vehicle and hearing all about said dealers shenanigans AFTER purchasing the car). It was no surprise that during the service, it was discovered that work hadn't been carried out that should've been carried out prior to me purchasing the vehicle. Euro Performance informed me of all things that hadn't been done and how much it would cost to have them done. The work was completed, and on picking up the car, it had been washed and was shining beautifully. My mum's inner magpie came out and had a WOW moment with the shine on my car and wonders what you washed it with, it's really shiny and wonderful. The paperwork was all explained to me on picking up my car as well, and im pleased to say, I felt thrilled knowing i was leaving with a safe car and not a ticking time bomb. It's lovely going to a garage you can trust, where the work is explained, no hidden costs, no hidden agendas, lovely staff and leaving with peace of mind that everything that was stated to be carried out, has been carried out. Issues with wheel alignment and air con. Previous to using Euro Performance Ltd, I tried to sort the alignment with Sytner BMW Cardiff. Their first go didn't sort it so had to put the car back in. Second time they made it worse. Third time they told me the engineer saw no problem with it and carried out no work, despite the fact that the steering wheel was obviously angled to the left when going straight, and sent me on my way - absolutely appalling service. After some research online I decided to go to Euro Performance Ltd. They're booked up quite a bit in advance so I wasn't able to be seen for a bit, but took that as a good sign! Friendly staff call you to provide updates while the car is in. The work was carried out very quickly, they didn't need to keep my car for days on end like Sytner. On collection the engineer who actually carried out the work meets you to go over everything in detail, explaining everything clearly so you can understand - it was obvious he was experienced and knew his stuff. More than happy with the results - for the first time in months my steering is sorted and the air con works! Plus they washed the car and filled up the screenwash. I've found my new go-to garage.

Always have a superb service from Euro Performance. Pricing clearly explained, parts only changed if needed and the cost is cheaper than a dealership, whilst providing a superior service too. Try them out, you won't be disappointed.

This garage carried out a complicated repair 12 months ago (see my previous review) and because of their excellent communication, standard of work and dedication in completing work to a high standard I have no hesitation in using or recommending their services. I have just had the annual service for my car completed by them and although there are other BMW garages nearer to me I prefer to use Europerfomance (involves a 190 mile round trip) as I have complete trust in what they do. Their excellent service reception staff also communicate effectively compared to other garages I have used before, main dealers included.

I have been using Euro Performance for about 10 years now, the team are professional, polite and will always go that extra mile to get the job done properly. Whilst there are other cheaper garages about, the level of knowledge and expertise at Euro Performance is second to none.
