First time taking my car to Euro Performance. My Audi S3 was booked in for a new Clutch, Dual mass fly wheel and slave cylinder. My whole point in choosing this garage was that I needed a specialist I could trust to have an in-depth inspection of my car as she had previously a new clutch fitted by another garage only roughly 7,000 miles ago. I couldn't understand why the clutch had failed so prematurely as it was a SACHS part fitted and graded to the performance of my car. My worry was that the clutch had been contaminated by a possible oil leak. Marie listened to everything I had to say and took on board all the information I gave her about my car and its history. They fitted all the new parts and replaced with another SACHS clutch but openly warned me prior to fitting that the clutch doesn’t come with a warranty. (Manufacture doesn’t supply one when buying) The work was carried out and a lovely touch was they had carried out a 4 wheel alignment using the best equipment for me at no extra cost. The fitter also came and spoke to me along with Marie and explained and showed me photos that Marie kindly forwarded to me later on that day of the cracks on the removed clutch that had been caused to being under pressure due to heat/friction. I will always recommend this garage to friends and family and will return myself if needed. It’s nice to have a garage take a woman seriously as many think you don’t know what your talking about and just look for extra work! Many thanks Laura x

Excellent service, great communication throughout. They sorted out and rectified an issue with the Driver Assist function on my Seat. Brought my 3 series in after the i drive system started re-booting every 15 seconds. The additional issue i had was the existence of custom engine software, which would have been lost with a full update from BMW. There was a bit of a wait to get it seen, but it was worth it. After speaking with Gareth - Master technician and Director, he managed to fully update the car, which resolved my issue, then re-load the custom engine software back onto it. He identified my brake fluid also needed changing as part of the cars' service requirements (which i knew about and was on my list to sort) and he did that for me too. Very quick turnaround and I was kept fully updated every step of the way.

Very pleased with the whole process. Good communication throughout, video was a great help in explaining work to be completed. Complimentary car wash was a bonus.

I did a lot of research on-line prior to using this Euro Performance. Having been an auto and truck mechanic for 25 years and VOSA vehicle examiner for 10 years it was important to me that the garage was a member of the RMI who vet these garages regularly and also that they could fit my VW Crafter van in due to its height and also had good previous experience of working on them as it was a repair not just a service. Having seen Grahams comments on a few forums it was clear he had good well-grounded diagnostic skills without the waffle, which I hoped he had cascaded down to his staff. I made the 150 mile journey to Euro Performance and left it with them. Dale carried out the diagnosis and confirmed my thoughts regarding the noise from power steering and alternator area and regarding a separate oil leak without adding any unnecessary items. I have since collected my repaired vehicle yesterday and having driven back home and inspected the repair this morning can confirm all matters have been fully addressed, all parts that say were fitted have been, nothing is broken or damaged or re-fitted badly in the repair area. We travel long distances abroad in the van so its important to us that despite the fact its 12 years old its running as well as possible. Its due a cam-belt change next year so as I'm not getting any younger, if i don't fancy doing it next year I know where I'll be going to have it done. Thanks guys and also the ladies on reception, very polite and professional better than a main dealer by far.

Having trusted Europerformance many times with several vehicle over the years, I have always been highly satisfied with the service received. This month, however, they have surpassed even my highest expectation of superb customer service. Our 17 yr old Touran, FSH, had a cam-belt mechanical failure 5k miles after its replacement in March 2022. I expected the resulting engine damage would mean a write-off of the vehicle. Europerformance offer a 2 yr warranty on their work, ( didn't even realise that!) so even though the failure was with the parts supplied, (apparently a recognised issue for some VW engines of that era) Europerformance undertook the whole repair under their own warranty. We were also provided with a nice courtesy car while the (lengthy) repairs took place, and as the vehicle battery faltered during the time off the road, we were even given a new battery FOC Jodie kept us up-to-date with progress, Gareth gave us an in-depth tutorial on the finer details involved (with photos and video) Honesty, and dedication to customer service is always appreciated, but it is rare to encounter it at such a high level. To merely give 5 stars would be insufficient - the service is outstanding

Researched and discovered Euro Performance after being extremely disappointed with Sytner in Cardiff. Euro Performance has done the end of warranty check / service and fitted 4 tyres on our car. They are approachable, Knowledgeable, and efficient . I have had contact with Gareth (director ) , Jodie ( office manager) and Dale (master Technician) all of which have demonstrated excellent communication skills, patience, and efficiency. Thank you

I’ve entrusted the care of my car to a independent BMW Master Technician in Caldicot, but it is over an hour away. Having tried local alternatives, I’ve been less than impressed. My brother used to take his T5 to Euro Performance, I didn’t realise they also covered BMWs, so gave them a try. Very impressed, super service, fair pricing and great customer communication. Well done all, I’ll be happy to return.
