My car wouldn't start. Garage staff came to my house, started my car and booked it in same day to assess problem. Gave me courtesy car and replaced my battery same day. They were really helpful in explaining the problem and what they did to assess and fix it. Very good attitude towards customers; would recommend.

We used this garage because our mechanic Andy had moved there from Salisbury and we were always impressed with how well he has looked after our three cars. He kindly picked up our car en route and returned it back post-repair so we really couldn't ask for a better service.
Good service overall but had to phone up a few times to chase for progress reports. Vehicle kept for nine days overall.

I used Cadnam Garage because it is close to home, but have found them much more customer friendly than the main dealer so will be using them for all my car needs from now on.
