Garage was absolutely brilliant. Having broken down on the nearby A31, Mike and the team managed to get my car diagnosed and fixed within 24 hours. Went above and beyond to get me out of trouble!

Had a problem, advised not to drive the car home and given a lift. Call later - new brake caliper needed, found one in stock. 2 hours later call to say all done and they would collect me. Amazing friendly people who do the best they can for customers. Couldn't be more satisfied.
They fixed the spoiler, did the MOT and a full service a day before it was scheduled. When the spoiler continued to have problems after driving away, at no extra cost they researched and worked on it—communicating options to me throughout until we found the best solution.

I've used this garage for the last 3 years and found them to be very friendly, helpful and efficient. With regard to the promo code, I do not have an iphone so cannot scan the card supplied by the garage - I have therefore inserted the authentication code from my invoice.

When my car arrived via RAC recovery i received a call telling me it was with them. They immediately did a detailed diagnosis of the car,i was called and given results and the work required. Within 2 days new water pump and timing belt ,with all other parts fitted and received my car. Thank You

Very clear communication about my vehicle. An estimate for servicing was requested and when additional costs arose during the service these were clearly explained. If you want good service - which I do - you have to be prepared to understand and accept the reasons for the costs being applied.
