I booked a free safety check at AutoCare Centre but waited 7 hours with no updates. I was charged £84 for unauthorised work, and the safety check wasn’t even completed. Poor communication, wasted time, and unacceptable service. I will never return to this garage.

Absolutely flawless service! The staff are incredibly helpful, friendly and polite. They bend over backwards to help you. Prices are always fair and there are never hidden charges. The work is always spot on. I cannot fault them at all. From booking to picking up the car, their service is amazing!
