J Day Engineering LTD

Entirely satisfactory, as usual.

Tis the best.

Very good.

James Day and his excellent obliging team do that bit extra to save you unnecessary expense. They recently saved me several hundred pounds by having invested in a brake disc skimmer and by using their knowledge and imagination to fit a replacement exhaust tailpipe.

Good, friendly, local garage. Very helpful in a crisis.

Good atmosphere. The valet service is very good.

They could be more accurate about first estimate. Initial half an hour became one hour. Otherwise, I would have marked 5/5 on all levels.

Parts, materials and lubricants are all reasonably priced - some are cheaper than last year! Good value for money. The was even a 10% discount for February 2011.

Thanks again - see you for the next service.

The collection and delivery service was a big bonus. The inclusive valet service was appreciated.Sticker on rear window - not appreciated.

Good boys!

Very polite and efficient service.

Good manners makes customer feel important. They tell you exactly what is wrong and how much it will cost via phone call, before doing the work. I would recommend to anybody, also clean workers.

Between you and the recovery company, the best breakdown service I have received. made even better by your very reasonable charge for the repair. I might add the service was excellent and bonus free coffee.

Good discount if having two cars serviced in same week.

Car cleaned inside and out. Nice touch.

Very helpful, they loaned me a van. Prompt and efficient.

Staff are very helpful and good service. Nice to have car washed and hoovered.

James could not have been more helpful, picking up the car from home, ensuring that it was ready for me at the end of the day and keeping the quality of his garage's work to a high standard. No unnecessary work was done and all extra work was fully justified, with the old parts available for inspection if required. Excellent service.

Quick, efficient, explanatory, confident - no waffle!
