I got a great service from these guys. Fully diagnosed my fault, which two other garages failed to do, rectified the problem using the minimum work required, then gave me a detailed breakdown of further costs that may be involved later. Free tea, discount and labour costs well below the market rate.
I've had bad experiences with other garages in the past but found J Day to be honest and great value for money - very refreshing. They were very accommodating after I arrived late for my appointment and also managed to find time to complete a repair I had caused following a DIY repair. Thank you.
Absolutely brilliant. Had major dramas with the dealer not being able to do accurate wheel alignment. Went to J Day Engineering with their Hawk Eye Tracking and Wheel Alignment System and they fixed the issue easily. The car now drives perfectly and the staff are a great bunch of guys.
