Very helpful and nothing is too much trouble.
The knowledge of the staff and the efficient way they handle themselves is second to none. You are always greeted with a warm smile and treated as you are very special to them.
Brilliant quality.
Efficient in every way.
Very lovely staff, warm and welcoming. James always remembers who I am which is lovely. Only slight problem was that as nice as it was to have my car cleaned by a valet they did scratch various parts of my car. James and his staff give exceptional quality usually.
Very satisfied in all aspects and at very reasonable cost. Already recommended to my all colleagues. Definitely use the services again and thanks for your services.
Always friendly, thorough and helpful.
Wouldn't dream of taking my cars anywhere else.
Actually my wife's first visit - although I have been using the garage for many years. She was very pleased with the interactions, price (obviously!) but the people and the place - very friendly and helpful.
Tiny thing: I found my headlights had been changed from auto whilst on the road. It is my responsibility but I think it would be nice that if settings are changed for any reason then they should be returned to how they were found.
Great service, friendly staff who explained well the fault of the car. Reception lady is helpful, fitting the car in at my convenience. Top job, well done James and team, thanks.
Excellent service as always. I have been using Days for my MOT and repair work for four years now and will continue to do so. Ten out of ten.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Good detail about the repair.
Always friendly service.
They are honest and customer focused.
It's the best garage I have ever used and everyone helps put things right with a smile. J Day Engineering is more like visiting a family member than a garage. I would and do recommend to everyone I can :-)
Very efficient service. I have always been very satisfied with the standard of workmanship and the excellent customer service. Highly recommend.
Always helpful.
Her worship was most pleased and appreciative with the "swift" return of her A6.
