I’m unhappy that you have disputed a review I left by calling my to argue - not to discuss the matter. I was quoted for an alternator replacement, & charged more for the job - and refused then my old alternator returned to me. Requesting it back led to 4 men in the service centre arguing with me.
Good to be reassured by J Days that my 2008 dented Skoda Octavia (a replacement for my treasured Audi TT) has no major problems. They solved the difficulty of a fixed sump bung and returned it sparkling clean - even the tyres shone! Reliable & cheerful.

I visited Days to have my catalytic converter security coded with Smart Trace Ink.The work was done quickly and efficiently with everything about registration explained in full detail. Great service.
I was contacted with a explanation of what parts were required & confirmation the clutch had gone, after the gearbox removal I was given a final quote before they started. My car was ready for collection two days later which I was impressed with. The bonus was being able to pay in 4 instalments.
