Garej Arwyn Cyf

I am very happy with the service. I have used other garages before, but have never had such good service.

My wife traveled to Bangor to pick up our daughter for Christmas from university. The ignition barrel failed, the RAC were called and the vehicle was recovered to Arwyns Garage. A courtesy car was provided for my wife and daughter to continue home. With the Christmas and New Year holidays, obtaining a replacement barrel was difficult and it took nearly 4 weeks to obtain a replacement. During this time we were given the use of the courtesy car free of charge and we were kept up to date with progress. A first class service by all the staff.

Repaired a fault that three Volvo garages failed to rectify. Excellent.

Excellent and reasonable service with a free courtesy car.

A lesson in efficiency with polite helpful staff. Always kept informed of what was happening. Excellent advice when asked for. Nice to find a garage you can trust.

Excellent!

Superb all round. Recommended garage to several friends who are absolutely delighted to have made the change to Garej Arwyn.

Excellent service. Cannot praise too highly! Good job lads.

Good service, got us back on the road as quickly as they could.

Good to see hands-on garage owner with obvious interest in repair of vehicles. Professional setup with reception, explanation, presentation of vehicle and clear invoice layout. Puts local main dealer previously used to shame. As a Welsh speaker, it's good to hear someone down-to-earth and speak the language.

Courtesy car provided. Repaired car returned cleaned inside and out.

Excellent timing and Sion knew what to do. Straight away.

Excellent quality of workmanship and attention etc. A star.

Very pleased with all work carried out, including the inside and out valet. Staff friendly and helpful. Visitor reception and toilet first class, and instills confidence that your vehicle will be looked after.

They always keep our old vehicles on the road in good order.

In 45 years of driving Arwyn's Garage is the best I have ever used. Having already recommended his garage and will continue to use. What a great team.

Outstanding service yet again! Quick and easy. Hire car plus my car valeted when I picked it up. Thanks.

Excellent service!

The owner and all the staff are very helpful and courteous and are pleasant always.

Whilst on holiday our car broke down spectacularly and we had to call the AA. The first AA engineer we spoke to decided the best course of action was to tow us all the way from North Wales to York! The 2nd AA man on the scene asked us if we wanted him to call Arwyn's Garage as they may be able to repair the major fault on our car at short notice. The garage was able to fit us in at late notice (7pm at night) and able to conduct the repairs on the car the following day. All of the people at the garage were absolutely fantastic and managed to calm me down following the stressful breakdown and reassure us that they would be able to get us back on the road no matter what it took. The garage was approx 15 miles from where we were staying and they were even able to pick us up so that we could go to collect our car. Arwyn showed us exactly what had broken and explained the work that had been carried out. The whole emergency service they provided for us was amazing and I would strongly recommend them to anyone in the Porthmadog/Caernarfon area.
