I’ve been using Aaron at Areeve Performance for a number of years now, and I honestly can’t recommend him and the team highly enough. They pretty much transformed my previous F87 M2 into a full clubsport-style car over the years, and after five years of ownership, I finally bit the bullet, sold the car to them and moved on to a G87 M2. The new build is now well underway! Although I’ve had a few bits done more locally to myself, Aaron has still been heavily involved with supplying parts, fitting and helping with the ongoing build. The new unit at Snetterton Circuit is absolutely amazing too! A fantastic setup and location, and for me personally, a much better and easier drive over from Oxford, which is a massive bonus. The communication, knowledge and customer service have always been absolutely spot on. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and it’s great dealing with someone who genuinely knows these cars and shares the same passion for them. My BMW 335i was used for their own personal uses when I took it to A Reeve Performance for a spark plug change. There were a pair of football boots and drink bottles in the boot. There were crisps crumbs all over my rear seats. I discovered this when I washed the car on the weekend and called them up on Monday. They had denied this of course, and told me that they have better cars of their own to drive.

The situation has now been clarified and brought to a satisfactory conclusion, for which I am very grateful. Aron took care of everything, and I am pleased with the way it was handled.

Purchased a g87 tuning box for a non LCI car on the basis that it was advertised that the mapping could be upgraded for a fee later so future proofing the investment of £1100 which at the time was 25% more expensive than others. Now have an LCI vehicle and have contacted Areeve to talk about upgrading to no avail. Emails ignored or responded with excuses and “we will get back to you later”. Customer service beyond poor and now have a tuning box I can’t use. Avoid.

Been using Aaron for a number of years on my cars. F82 M4C, G87 M2 and now my Porsche Cayman GTS. It’s fair to say it’s a busy workshop and sometimes mistakes have been made but he’s always made sure to rectify them. For example, I’ve just had OAPs, intakes and a tune done to my Porsche Cayman GTS and the studs and nuts were rusted and seized. This is something that can’t be predicted will happen. Aaron let me know of the situation but carried on to ensure they were removed successfully and new bolts and nuts were put in place. It took a little longer but it’s good to know the job will be done correctly. Super happy with the car and will be back I’m sure for more mods!

Took my 2002 VW T4 in for a tune up and drove away with a much happier and stronger van. Pulls smoothly, with power and sounds lovely. The work has exceeded my expectations. ..and to add, I wasn’t made to feel I was in the wrong place with my old van, (Even though the place is filled with some serious modern machines!) they’ve obviously carried out a quality job regardless. Had a great experience with A Reeve, They did a diagnosis and full engine rebuild on my e92 m3, car was collected and the work was completed in a timely manner, Arron bent over backwards to get the car done quickly and got me discounts on parts saving me thousands of pounds, was given weekly calls from Arron with updates, pictures, just everything you could want, the build is phoniminal only comment i made to him was that i wasn’t told that i couldn’t pay by credit card with i wasn’t made aware of, he was quick to rectify this and he apologised that i wasnt made aware beforehand, he also informed me that since then he has now listed that credit isn’t accepted on every quote he does, top tier work and nice to see that he’s receptive of customer feedback, shame i live on the opposite side of the country as id use A Reeve for every job i have.

You truly find out how good a business is when something goes wrong. There was a hiccup with an order I placed, but the customer service and communication from A Reeve Performance was excellent. The issue was quickly resolved, a return sorted and the correct part delivered. I'll have no hesitation in using them again.

Paid a deposit. Had to change dates due to work which meant losing my deposit and paying again as ' they booked the technicians time' SCAM . Just like every company that exists today. Money money money. Thinking a fee hundred extra will retire them in Spain early

Ordered a part on 09/02, got a phone call a week later saying it will be about 10 days. I sent a follow up email on 07/03 which someone said they would check and get back to me. (They never did) so I canceled my order on 14/03. Had to chase this refund on 26/03, again said they’d check and get back to me. (They never did). Then ignored follow up emails, so I rang (after a few calls) I got told it would be done by 31/03. (It wasn’t). Eventually been refunded 01/04, a whopping 51 days after initially placing my order. Not ideal and wouldn’t recommend.

Just had the M3 serviced today. Fantastic service by the team and an enjoyable drive home
