Booked the vehicle in for a check, due to a noise from rear of car. Both rear shocks needed to be replaced. Job was done in two hours. Very efficient, very friendly staff. Would highly recommend.
I first bought the car in for a check (general pre a full service) the eve before, the exhaust box fell off, so it was welded on, that was on the Wednesday. Very pleased with this. This week I had 2 new tyres and the full service.
Went to my local garage (Hatherleigh Motor Services) for my vehicle MOT Test. As soon as I walked in I was given outstanding customer service and advice. My car failed its MOT but thanks to the amazing friendly staff of HMS my car will be back on the road in no time. Would recommend to anybody.

Chris carried out a major service, an MOT, plus 2 new tyres and tracking on my Honda Jazz. As always, he is cheerful, very helpful and keeps you informed of any problems that may occur. He checks with you before carrying out any repair, replacement, or extra work needed so there is never any hidden extras to be hit with when you come to collect your car. Highly recommend this garage for customer service, and a good price for the work carried out.
