My partner put £20 of petrol in our Volkswagen car instead of diesel at 11 o’clock today. Chris removed it from the forecourt, and said leave it to him. Went to collect car at 1:15 pm. Now that is exceptional service, as we are not regular customers. Ten out of ten Chris.
