Extremely helpful. I was told by the dealership that the car needed work, which this garage found that it did not need. They only did work that the car really needed. I feel that I can trust this garage. They were very honest - you don't get that very often these days.

Booked through CSMA National Service Network. Only problem was NSN advise by phone at 4.00 pm., that car would be returned by 4.30pm., but was not returned until 6.25pm. Cross Motor Engineers said they had informed NSN that after 6.00 pm., would be the earliest that they would have a driver available to deliver the car. Cross Motor Engineers apologised.
