Took my car here for diagnostics and general inspection. They couldn’t have been more helpful. Very knowledgable, courteous, and 100% genuine and trustworthy. Treated both car and myself with respect. Can’t fault these guys, they really are the best. This will now be my go to garage! Fantastic bunch.

Unfair pricing and inconsistent service I booked a diagnostic check at JF Automotive for a beeping noise, expecting a thorough scan. The reception team told me it would take an hour. When called to collect the vehicle, they explicitly stated the fault codes would be printed out for me. Instead, the paperwork showed zero fault codes, and the vehicle logs showed they only did a brief 10-minute road test. Despite this, I was charged the full price for a one-hour diagnostic machine scan. To make matters worse, a promised quote for a clutch replacement never arrived by the end of the day. It has now been a couple of days and I still have not received it. I initially booked because of the good reviews, but it feels obvious that they treat everyone differently depending on who walks through the door. Very poor communication and entirely unfair pricing for a service that wasn't actually delivered.
Great service, very knowledgeable, repair was done quickly, every thing was explained and the price was exactly as quoted.so far the knocking noise is gone 👍

Top class service from the guys at JFA, could not be happier and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Stage 1 map Intake installation and full service. From booking all the way through to after sales, they corrected a very minor issue with minimal fuss and exceeded my expectations. How small issues are handled is the measure of a well run company. 1st time customer and will be booking all future work with them.
The work was completed very quickly, had a cambelt and water pump changed as well as a service, there was a couple of unforeseen problems which were sorted quickly. Communication was great as I was advised of all the work at every stage thanks to Olivia…the gearbox upgrade has made a tremendous difference to the speed at which it changes…overall very happy with the work
