I ordered the Multimap for my Focus RS from MSD. Everything went incredibly smoothly, and the software was further optimized specifically for my engine. Since I had a few special requests, there was a lot of email communication (I mean, a huge amount) with Stewart. He was always available and responded immediately, even late into the evening. You can tell that this isn't just a job for him, it's a calling. He was determined to make it perfect and created countless data sets until it was just right. I was almost embarrassed by how much time he invested in me. You rarely find that kind of service these days, and I'm so glad I bought from them.

Had my Focus ST calibrated by MSD and I’m really happy with the result. Communication throughout was spot on and the datalog feedback was clear and honest, with everything explained properly rather than just being told “it’s fine”. The car now runs safely and smoothly, with fuel pressure behaving as it should and the overall drive feeling much more refined. It’s clear they prioritise engine health over chasing numbers, which is exactly what you want from a proper tuner. Professional service, knowledgeable advice, and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a safe, well-sorted tune.
