I called in to ask advice about my car failing to start on odd occasions. From my rather inept description of what actually happened, the mechanic diagnosed a failing battery (something I hadn't considered given the circumstances). Within 20 minutes of me arriving, the battery had been checked and a new one fitted.
Excellent service; couldn't fault any aspect.
