I found NMV through the Good Garage Scheme having moved a fair distance and I wanted a trustworthy garage. Service & MOT done, all communications before and after have been friendly, quotes honored and work carried out on time. I've been having a niggling computer system issue with the car too and Mike & Chris have been fabulous trying to get to the bottom of it for me, they don't seem phased, take the time to explain things and have been tremendous in every aspect of customer service. For the time we are living here I'm sure all our vehicles will be looked after by NMV Services and I'll always recommend them to others.

Good customer relations.
Friendly, competent manager and staff. Ability to explain to customers what the fault was and the repair required. Have not come across a more efficient, clean and well-run garage.
NMV Motors is a friendly, relaxed and professional garage.
I appreciate the honesty.
The staff are excellent - both mechanically and socially. It is essential to keep ''classic'' skills and cars.
All staff are always friendly and helpful. They always explain what work is needed in easy to understand terms, which is very helpful!

Excellent staff, very caring about customers and want was best for me and not them.
I trust that the work done is needed and to the highest standard. As I know nothing about cars, that trust is invaluable.
